General Worker

OneLogix HCL Namibia is recruiting reliable General Workers to support daily logistics and depot operations in Walvis Bay. About the Role Support daily depot operations by maintaining a safe work environment, loading and unloading goods, assisting Fleet Controllers and Drivers, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Assist with depot housekeeping and maintenance. * Load, unload, and secure goods. * Clean vehicles, equipment, and operational work areas. * Assist with vehicle and equipment inspections. * Support Fleet Controllers and Drivers with operational tasks. * Handle and store materials safely. * Maintain tools and equipment. * Report damaged equipment and unsafe conditions. * Comply with company safety procedures. * Perform other operational duties assigned by management. Minimum Requirements * Grade 10 or equivalent (Grade 12 is advantageous). * Previous logistics, warehouse, depot, or transport experience is advantageous. * Physically fit and able to perform manual labour. * Able to work independently and within a team. * Good communication skills. * Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required. * Medically fit. * Sober habits. * Reliable and punctual.
