Ultra Scales is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to install, repair, maintain, and service industrial weighing equipment across Namibia. About the Role Install, maintain, repair, and support industrial weighing systems while providing technical assistance and excellent customer service throughout Namibia. Key Responsibilities * Install, service, repair, and maintain weighing equipment. * Respond to customer technical enquiries. * Conduct customer site visits. * Prepare quotations and follow up with customers. * Complete service reports and job documentation. * Travel throughout Namibia to customer sites. * Participate in after-hours call-outs and emergency support when required. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ industry experience. * Valid driver’s licence. * Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical fault-finding skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
