Branch Manager

Metro Home is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Branch Manager to lead operations at its Walvis Bay branch. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who can drive sales growth, improve profitability, and ensure excellent customer service standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing daily branch operations while ensuring all company policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed. Key Responsibilities: • Manage branch operations efficiently and professionally • Drive sales performance and branch profitability • Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff • Ensure company procedures and policies are followed • Deliver excellent customer service experiences • Monitor stock, operations, and daily branch performance • Build a productive and positive workplace environment Qualifications: • Grade 12 certificate • 2–5 years’ experience in a managerial position • FMCG or retail experience required • Strong customer service skills • Excellent communication skills • Leadership and team management ability
