Walvis Bay Sales Executive

Tiger Wheel & Tyre is seeking two energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join its Walvis Bay team. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing customer relationships, driving sales growth, maintaining high customer service standards, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, customer-focused service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Develop and grow the customer base and sales portfolio. * Execute sales plans and achieve company sales targets. * Provide excellent customer service and support. * Manage customer inquiries and maintain professional relationships. * Prepare and submit weekly sales reports. * Assist with administrative procedures and sales documentation. * Maintain product knowledge and identify customer needs. * Support team members when required. * Ensure deadlines and performance targets are met. Requirements * Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points. * Valid driver’s license. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong selling and negotiation abilities. * Ability to work independently and take initiative. * Computer literacy is essential. * Minimum 2 years of tyre industry experience OR 2 years of sales experience in a similar environment.
