Assistant Branch Manager

Metro Home is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to join its Walvis Bay branch. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail professional ready to support branch leadership, improve store performance, and help deliver excellent customer service. The successful candidate will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing store operations, ensuring company procedures are followed, and maintaining efficient day-to-day administration. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Branch Manager with daily store operations • Ensure smooth running of store administration • Support implementation of company policies and procedures • Help supervise staff and maintain productivity • Deliver strong customer service standards • Assist in achieving sales and operational targets • Support stock control and general branch management Qualifications: • Grade 12 certificate • 2–5 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role • FMCG or retail experience required • Strong customer service skills • Excellent communication skills • Leadership and teamwork abilities
