Key Responsibilities: • Develop architectural concepts, technical drawings, and detailed project documentation. • Prepare and manage architectural models, visual presentations, and rendering outputs. • Work closely with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with specifications. • Utilize ArchiCAD and Twinmotion software for design development, visualization, and presentation work. • Coordinate technical project requirements and support construction documentation processes. • Contribute to project planning, technical detailing, and architectural problem-solving. • Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. • Assist with the preparation and presentation of technical portfolios and project references. Requirements: • Qualification as an Architect (M.Arch.) or Architectural Technologist. • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in architecture or architectural technology. • Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD versions 26–28. • Advanced-level skills in Twinmotion visualization software. • Strong technical design and architectural documentation abilities. • Ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively within a professional team environment. • Technical portfolio and professional references are required. • Namibian citizenship will be an added advantage.
