Crewing Driver (Walvis Bay)

Logistics Support Services (LSS) is recruiting two (2) Crewing Drivers for its Walvis Bay operations. This role is ideal for experienced professional drivers with passenger transport and shuttle driving experience who are committed to safe transport services and excellent customer care. The successful candidate will transport crew members safely, complete transport documentation, maintain company vehicles, and ensure compliance with company transport policies and Namibian road safety regulations. About the Role Provide safe and reliable transport services while maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer service, and vehicle care. Key Responsibilities * Transport crew members and passengers safely. * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness. * Complete transport documentation accurately. * Perform daily vehicle inspections. * Follow transport schedules and company procedures. * Maintain professional customer service. * Report incidents and maintenance requirements. * Comply with all transport and safety regulations. * Support logistics operations when required. * Represent the company professionally. Minimum Requirements * Minimum age of 25 years. * Valid Code C1 Driver’s Licence. * Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP/PDP) endorsed for: * Goods (G) * Passengers (P) * Minimum 4 years’ experience as a professional shuttle or passenger bus driver. * Valid Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 3 months). * Namibian citizen. * Computer literacy. * Valid First Aid Certificate (advantage). * Valid Defensive Driving Certificate (advantage).
