Masterparts is seeking a professional and well-spoken Switchboard Operator / Telephonist to manage a busy switchboard environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
