Namibia Leak Detection, Plumbing & Electrical Services is looking for a responsible, organized, and reliable Storeman to manage its Plumbing and Electrical Store in Windhoek. The company is seeking a motivated individual who can efficiently handle stock control, inventory organization, and day-to-day store operations while supporting the smooth running of the business. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing plumbing and electrical materials, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring that tools, supplies, and equipment are properly managed and available when needed. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the plumbing and electrical store. • Receive, organize, label, and store stock and materials properly. • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items. • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory tracking systems. • Assist with issuing tools, materials, and equipment to staff when required. • Ensure the storeroom remains clean, organized, and safe at all times. • Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock-taking procedures. • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding inventory needs. • Support efficient workflow and operational readiness through proper stock management. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Storeman, Warehouse Assistant, or in stock control will be an advantage. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records. • Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy personality. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Basic computer literacy and stock management knowledge will be beneficial. • Experience in plumbing, electrical, or hardware-related environments is an added advantage.
