Service Advisor

Novel Motor Company is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their automotive team in Windhoek. The role involves customer service, handling workshop bookings, managing vehicle service records, and supporting workshop efficiency. Requirements: * Grade 12 qualification * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role * Training in telephone etiquette and customer communication * Strong numeracy and literacy skills * Familiarity with dealership computer systems and workshop loading processes * Clear professional communication skills * Knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures is an advantage * Ability to manage difficult customers calmly and effectively Key Responsibilities: * Handle customer enquiries and bookings * Promote service sales and value-added products * Record vehicle details and follow up with customers * Support workshop efficiency and technician utilization * Recommend additional services and repairs * Prepare quotations, invoicing, and payment arrangements * Oversee warranty work and documentation
