Accountant

Salty Ventures Property Management is recruiting an Accountant to join its Windhoek office. This opportunity is ideal for experienced accounting professionals with strong financial reporting, tax compliance, and supervisory skills. The successful candidate will prepare management reports, supervise junior staff, submit VAT, Import VAT and PAYE returns, prepare month-end reports and reconciliations, ensure compliance with NAMRA, SSC and BIPA requirements, liaise with external auditors, and prepare budgets. Key Responsibilities * Prepare management reports. * Supervise and lead junior staff. * Submit VAT, Import VAT and PAYE returns on ITAS. * Prepare month-end reports and reconciliations. * Ensure compliance with NAMRA, SSC and BIPA. * Liaise with external auditors. * Prepare budgets. * Maintain accurate financial records. * Support financial planning. * Perform other accounting duties. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience. * Experience preparing management reports. * Supervisory skills. * Driver’s licence is an advantage.
