Project Architect

Marley Tjitjo Architects Inc. is seeking the services of a highly experienced Project Architect in Windhoek. This senior architectural position is intended for a professionally registered architect with extensive experience in the design and contract administration of major commercial and institutional developments, particularly high-rise buildings. The successful candidate must combine advanced architectural expertise with extensive practical experience managing complex building projects. The role requires strong capability in architectural design, contract administration, building information modelling, visualisation and modern digital architectural workflows. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Must be registered as an Architect with NCAQS. • Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 18 years' experience in architectural design and contract administration. • Extensive experience with large-scale commercial and institutional buildings. • Demonstrated architectural experience focused on high-rise building developments. • Adequate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. • Adequate proficiency in Twinmotion. • Adequate proficiency in Rhino 7. • Knowledge and practical capability in parametric design. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Candidates must be proficient in managing and using Archicad 28. • Candidates must be proficient in the use and management of BIMcloud. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE This opportunity requires an accomplished architect capable of contributing senior-level expertise to sophisticated architectural projects. Candidates should have a strong background in commercial architecture, institutional developments and high-rise buildings, supported by extensive experience in architectural design and contract administration.
