Operations Assistant

Namibia Padel is looking for a motivated, energetic and reliable Operations Assistant to join its growing team in Windhoek. The Operations Assistant will support the daily running of the club and provide friendly, professional service to members and guests while assisting with bookings, customer enquiries, stock, events, administration and general club operations. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the daily operations and general running of the club. • Welcome members and guests and provide friendly and professional assistance. • Manage court bookings and respond to customer enquiries. • Assist customers with information relating to club activities, bookings and services. • Assist with bar and Pro Shop operations. • Monitor stock levels and assist with regular stock counts. • Help maintain accurate stock information and report shortages where necessary. • Support tournaments, events and social padel activities. • Assist with event preparation and operational requirements during club activities. • Ensure the club remains clean, organised, presentable and ready for customers. • Assist management with general administrative and operational duties. • Maintain excellent customer service at all times. • Support other team members during busy operating periods and events. Requirements and Preferred Experience: • Previous experience in hospitality, sports, retail or customer service is an advantage. • Excellent communication and people skills. • Reliable, punctual and well organised. • Able and willing to work evenings, weekends and during events. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. • Basic computer and WhatsApp skills. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Padel knowledge or previous padel experience is an advantage but is not essential. The ideal candidate will be energetic, responsible, professional, customer-focused, hands-on and team-oriented. The position is available for an immediate start, with salary negotiable based on experience.
