Operations Manager

Ebeco West Africa Catering School & Restaurant CC, a newly established training and dining facility specialising in West African, Continental and International cuisine, is seeking an Operations Manager. The successful candidate will support the daily operation of the catering and restaurant facility, coordinate staff and help maintain professional customer-service and hospitality standards. Responsibilities * Coordinate daily restaurant and catering operations. * Support efficient food-service operations. * Supervise and coordinate staff. * Maintain high customer-service standards. * Support staff performance and teamwork. * Help maintain an organised and professional working environment. * Support service quality and operational efficiency. * Assist with the development of a professional hospitality team. Requirements * Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management. * Minimum 2+ years’ experience. * Good customer-service skills. * Staff-supervision skills. * Namibian citizenship. * Police Clearance Certificate. * Passion for hospitality and teamwork. * Training will be provided.
