Contract Duration: 5 Years Grade: F1 Chief Executive Officer Jobs in Namibia | Executive Management, Construction & Infrastructure Careers The Roads Contractor Company is recruiting a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and overall executive direction to the organisation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will serve as the company’s Accounting Officer and will be responsible for strategic positioning, financial sustainability, operational excellence, corporate governance, risk management and stakeholder relations. Key Responsibilities * Provide overall strategic and executive leadership. * Develop and implement corporate and business strategies. * Serve as Accounting Officer of the company. * Ensure sound financial management and long-term commercial sustainability. * Oversee corporate governance, compliance, risk and internal controls. * Strengthen RCC’s position within Namibia’s road construction and civil engineering sector. * Lead and manage the executive team and broader workforce. * Maintain relationships with Government, shareholders, regulators, clients and other stakeholders. * Oversee stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. * Drive transformation, capacity building and succession planning. * Promote ethical leadership, accountability and performance excellence. Minimum Requirements * Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Finance, Leadership, Economics, Law or related field at NQF Level 9. * Professional Civil Engineering qualification and Engineering Council of Namibia registration, or Construction Project Management experience, is an advantage. * At least 10 years’ executive management-level experience. * Construction-sector or similarly regulated/state-owned/complex commercial environment experience is advantageous. * Strong strategic, financial and project-management capabilities. * High standards of integrity and accountability.
