Manager – Service Station & Convenience Store

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the service station and convenience store, supervise staff, monitor fuel and shop sales, manage stock control, handle cash and banking procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent customer service while driving business profitability. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily service station and convenience store operations. * Deliver excellent customer service. * Monitor fuel and shop sales. * Control stock levels, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation. * Manage cash handling, banking, and reconciliations. * Supervise, train, and motivate staff. * Monitor fuel deliveries and pump operations. * Resolve customer queries and complaints. * Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained. * Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Minimum Requirements * Namibian citizenship. * Grade 12 certificate. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail or fuel station operations. * Previous supervisory or management experience. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Good financial, stock control, and administrative skills. * Computer literacy. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Valid Code B driver’s licence. * Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
