Creditors Clerk

Ultimate Earth is looking for a Creditors Clerk to join its team at its Windhoek headquarters. The successful candidate will process financial transactions with creditors while ensuring compliance with VAT and accounting standards. The role requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within deadlines. Responsibilities: * Accurate and timely processing of tax invoices in compliance with Namibian VAT regulations and company procedures * Ensure payment terms and settlement discounts are met * Maintain timely and up-to-date vendor payments * File tax invoices, vendor reconciliations, and payment confirmations in an orderly manner * Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by management Requirements: * Namibian citizen or permanent resident * Driver’s license will be an added advantage * Grade 12 with Certificate in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Creditors Clerk * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and listening) * Excellent knowledge of MS programs * Knowledge of Xero and Tall Order will be advantageous * Strong organizational and time-management abilities * Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures * Good interpersonal skills * High level of emotional and social maturity * Absolute ethical behavior Benefits: * Market-related salary * Pension & Medical Aid contributions * Long Service Awards (14th Cheques) * Performance-based annual bonus (13th Cheques)
