Logistics Support Services (LSS) is recruiting two (2) Crewing Drivers for its Windhoek operations. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professional drivers with passenger transport and shuttle service experience who are committed to safety, customer service, and reliable transport operations. The successful candidate will transport crew members and passengers safely, comply with transport regulations, maintain company vehicles, complete transport documentation, and deliver professional customer service while representing the company. About the Role Operate company vehicles safely while transporting crew members and passengers, maintaining transport records, and ensuring compliance with road safety and company procedures. Key Responsibilities * Transport crew members and passengers safely. * Follow scheduled transport routes. * Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips. * Complete transport documentation accurately. * Maintain excellent customer service. * Follow company transport procedures. * Comply with road traffic laws and safety regulations. * Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicles. * Report incidents or vehicle defects immediately. * Represent the company professionally. Minimum Requirements * Minimum age of 25 years. * Valid Code C1 Driver’s Licence. * Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP/PDP) endorsed for: * Goods (G) * Passengers (P) * Minimum 4 years’ experience as a professional shuttle or passenger bus driver. * Valid Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 3 months). * Namibian citizen. * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office). * Valid First Aid Certificate (advantage). * Valid Defensive Driving Certificate (advantage).
