Brousse Recruitment & Training Agency is seeking a dedicated, professional, and reliable Horse Caretaker & Guide for an exclusive luxury property located just outside Windhoek. The successful candidate will combine expert horse care with premium guest service, ensuring both the welfare of horses and an exceptional experience for guests in a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: * Care for and manage horses, ensuring their health and wellbeing * Prepare and maintain stables, tack, and riding equipment * Lead guided trail rides and assist guests during activities * Deliver professional guest-facing hospitality services * Ensure the safety of guests and horses during rides and outdoor activities * Maintain cleanliness and organization within horse facilities * Monitor horse feeding schedules and daily care routines Requirements: * Previous horse riding and horse care experience * Strong understanding of equine welfare and stable management * Excellent communication and guest service skills * Ability to work independently and responsibly * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Experience in hospitality or tourism environments will be an advantage * Ability to work outdoors and in a luxury lodge setting
