New Wave Designs CC is recruiting two experienced Seamstresses (All Rounders) to join its growing garment manufacturing team in Prosperita, Windhoek. The successful candidates will be responsible for sewing, assembling, and finishing garments while maintaining high production quality and meeting manufacturing deadlines. About the Role Work in a professional clothing manufacturing factory producing high-quality sportswear, uniforms, tracksuits, golf shirts, and other corporate garments. Key Responsibilities * Stitch sportswear and corporate garments. * Manufacture tracksuits and golf shirts. * Operate industrial sewing machines. * Produce garments according to specifications. * Maintain excellent stitching quality. * Meet daily production targets. * Inspect finished garments. * Repair minor garment defects. * Maintain sewing equipment. * Follow workplace safety procedures. * Work collaboratively within the production team. * Perform additional garment production duties as required. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ garment manufacturing experience. * Must be an all-round seamstress. * Able to stitch sports clothing, tracksuits, golf shirts, and related items. * English speaking. * Neat, reliable, and able to work under pressure. * Strong attention to detail.
