Seventy7 Consulting is recruiting an experienced Finance Manager for a senior leadership role overseeing the operational finance function across three dialysis centres in Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial control, reporting, cash flow management, payroll oversight, compliance, and strengthening internal financial processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
General Duties:
• Manage cash flow forecasting and payment cycles to maintain liquidity
• Prepare monthly financial board packs including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPI reporting
• Oversee payroll functions and ensure statutory compliance
• Implement procurement controls, purchase order approvals, and 3-way matching
• Manage banking relationships including the Bank Windhoek facility
• Lead and supervise finance support staff
• Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Coordinate external audits and resolve audit findings
• Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, Social Security, and NamRA submissions
• Improve financial controls and finance processes across all centres
Qualifications & Experience:
• CA(NAM), CA(SA), or internationally recognised Chartered Accountant qualification preferred
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (NQF 7 minimum if CA in progress)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or management role
• Strong experience in cash flow management and forecasting
• Payroll and statutory compliance experience
• Experience managing bookkeeping or finance support teams
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Healthcare or multi-site operations experience is an advantage
