Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a Human Resources Officer in Windhoek to support our HR operations within the construction and infrastructure environment. The role provides practical support across employee relations, recruitment, payroll, employee records and benefits administration while helping maintain compliance with Namibian labour requirements. Responsibilities • Advise management on Human Resources matters. • Assist with recruitment and payroll activities. • Maintain accurate employee records. • Support employee benefits administration. Requirements • Grade 12 with 25 points. • 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources. • Qualification in Human Resources will serve as an advantage. • Excellent communication skills. • Sound knowledge of the Namibian Labour Act and relevant legislation.
