TOPS Manager / D1

Wecke & Voigts is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused TOPS Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, sales performance, stock management, staff supervision, and customer service excellence at Maerua SUPERSPAR. Key Duties: * Manage departmental targets and profitability * Control stock ordering, rotation, and stock levels * Manage pricing and POS accuracy * Coordinate supplier relationships and deliveries * Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations * Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and health & safety standards * Recruit, train, and manage staff shifts and discipline * Ensure excellent customer satisfaction * Handle store opening and closing duties Requirements: * Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) * Retail qualification or minimum 4 years’ experience in retail/bottle store management * Experience with SIGMA system is an advantage * Computer literacy and POS systems experience * Staff management and customer service skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Team player with positive attitude * Driver’s licence is an advantage
