Head of Operations

The successful candidate will lead the Namibia operations, supervise operational teams, manage travel systems, oversee airline and tourism services, maintain compliance with IATA standards, and drive business growth while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee Namibia operations. * Manage operational performance and efficiency. * Supervise travel and airline service delivery. * Ensure compliance with IATA rules and regulations. * Manage GDS systems and operational processes. * Oversee visa processing and travel operations. * Support business development initiatives. * Manage operational teams and resources. * Maintain high customer service standards. * Drive continuous operational improvement. Minimum Requirements * Graduation Degree in Tourism or equivalent experience (10+ years). * Minimum 10 years’ international experience in travel, tourism, and the airline industry. * Strong knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo/Travelport, and Sabre GDS systems. * IATA Certification (mandatory). * Strong understanding of African and global travel markets. * Experience with visa processing and global holiday packages.
