Parts Salesperson

Masterparts is looking for a professional and personable Parts Salesperson to join its Windhoek team. The role focuses on serving wholesale and retail customers in the automotive aftermarket, providing excellent service and product expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and a proven ability to drive sales both in-store and via telesales. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with automotive parts sales (retail & wholesale) • Handle counter sales and telesales inquiries • Provide expert product and technical advice • Maintain strong customer relationships • Process orders and manage sales transactions • Ensure excellent telephone and customer service Qualifications: • 3–5 years experience in automotive spares (counter sales & telesales) • Strong product and technical knowledge • Excellent sales and communication skills • Professional telephone manner • Computer literate Salary & Benefits: • Competitive salary • Provident fund • Optional medical aid
