Branch Manager

We are hiring an experienced Branch Manager to lead sales operations, manage and motivate a team, and support achievement of company goals in Windhoek. The role requires substantial senior sales-management experience, commercial awareness and the ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the branch sales team. • Motivate and develop employees to achieve company goals. • Support sales performance and branch growth. • Manage branch activities with a strong understanding of budgeting and reporting. • Apply problem-solving and negotiation skills to operational and commercial challenges. • Maintain effective performance in a high-pressure environment. • Travel when required in support of business needs. Requirements • 7–10 years of sales experience within a manufacturing environment. • At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales managerial capacity. • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting. • Proven ability to manage, motivate and improve team performance. • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. • Availability to travel as and when required.
