Car Rental Operations Consultant

Untamed Vehicle Rental is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Rental Operations Consultant to join their travel and tourism team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will handle vehicle rental operations, customer support, booking coordination, and fleet management while ensuring excellent customer experiences for local and international clients. Key Responsibilities: * Process car rental bookings from enquiries to vehicle handover * Respond to customer rental requests and client queries * Organize airport transfers and explain vehicle features to clients * Manage and resolve customer service issues professionally * Prepare rental agreements and customer documentation * Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance and equipment coordination * Prepare weekly operational reports for management Requirements: * Grade 12 certificate * Fluent in English * Valid driver’s license * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Knowledge of 4x4 vehicle operations and maintenance * Strong customer service and communication skills * Good organizational and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work under pressure * Availability to work weekends and public holidays * Previous car rental experience will be an advantage
