About the Role Lead the Finance Department by managing financial strategy, accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, governance, compliance, procurement efficiency, and financial risk management. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Finance Department. * Develop and implement financial strategy. * Prepare financial reports for Executive Management and the Board. * Manage accounting operations and payment processes. * Analyse financial performance. * Improve procurement and supply chain financial efficiency. * Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate governance standards. * Support strategic business initiatives. Minimum Requirements * Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (NQF Level 8). * Chartered Accountant (CA) registration or membership with an IFAC-affiliated professional body. * Master’s Degree is advantageous. * Minimum 10 years’ relevant finance management experience. * At least 5 years at middle management level. * Experience in transport or logistics is advantageous. * Valid driver’s licence. * Valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months). * Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, financial systems, budgeting, auditing and accounting software.
