CES Coordinator

Afrox is seeking a qualified CES Coordinator to join its team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair activities on company gas installations and equipment across customer and partner sites. The role includes managing projects related to bulk gas installations, manifold systems, and pipelines while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. The CES Coordinator will travel extensively across Namibia to support maintenance activities, emergency breakdowns, and installation projects. Responsibilities also include preparing project proposals, handling technical documentation, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating maintenance activities on customer-site equipment. This role is ideal for a technically skilled mechanical engineering professional who can work independently and collaboratively while delivering strong customer support and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on gas installations and equipment * Complete monthly maintenance job cards through SAP * Travel countrywide for maintenance and emergency support * Assist with bulk gas installations, pipelines, and manifold systems * Prepare project proposals, costing, and technical documentation * Conduct risk assessments and installation documentation * Coordinate maintenance activities on customer-site equipment * Support the sales team with technical expertise * Manage project execution plans and operational activities Requirements: * Degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering * Valid Code B driver’s license * Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) * Minimum 3 years working experience * Ability to work independently and within a team * Strong technical and organizational skills
