Autohaus Windhoek Volkswagen is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Executive to join its sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships, expanding market share, and delivering excellent customer service.
This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with proven vehicle sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Volkswagen vehicles to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Canvass and source new sales opportunities.
• Support sales administration activities.
• Participate in vehicle shows and exhibitions when required.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to market growth.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements:
• Namibian citizen.
• Grade 12 qualification.
• Valid Driver’s License Code 8.
• Courses related to vehicle sales will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and computer literate.
• Knowledge of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours during exhibitions and events.
• Passing the Manufacturer Assessment is mandatory.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of successful vehicle sales experience.
• Experience in sales administration.
• Proven ability to promote products and increase market share.
• Experience canvassing new and existing clients.
