Officer : Stud & Digital Auctions

Agra Auctions is seeking a qualified Officer: Stud & Digital Auctions to support and coordinate stud and digital auction activities in Namibia. The role combines livestock auction operations with digital auction services and requires strong coordination, customer service, communication and administrative abilities. Responsibilities: - Support the planning and coordination of stud and digital auctions - Assist with administration and operational preparation for auction events - Support digital auction processes and maintain accurate auction information - Coordinate with livestock producers, buyers, sellers and other stakeholders - Assist with preparation and management of auction documentation and records - Provide professional customer service throughout the auction process - Support accurate capturing and maintenance of auction-related information - Assist with communication and coordination before, during and after auctions - Contribute to efficient delivery and development of digital auction services - Work closely with the wider Agra Auctions team to support successful livestock and agricultural auctions Requirements: - Suitable qualification or relevant experience in agriculture, livestock, business, administration or a related field - Knowledge or interest in livestock and agricultural auction operations - Good computer and digital-platform skills - Strong organisational and administrative abilities - Good communication and customer-service skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Ability to coordinate multiple activities and work effectively within a team - Professional, reliable and customer focused Address: Agra Corporate Office, Human Resources Office, 8 Bessemer Street, Southern Industrial, Windhoek, Namibia
