Senior Creditors Clerk

Hardap Freight Services is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Creditors Clerk to join their team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will handle supplier invoices, account reconciliations, creditor records, and payment processing while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a creditors role * Proficient in Omni Accounts * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and organizational skills * Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Key Responsibilities: * Capture and process supplier invoices * Perform account reconciliations * Ensure accurate and timeous payments to suppliers * Maintain creditor records and reports * Assist with month-end and year-end processes
