Business Analyst

Agra Ltd is seeking a qualified and motivated Business Analyst to join its team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will play a key role in ERP and IT system training, user support, business process analysis, and system improvement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions. Key Responsibilities ERP, IT Systems and Procedure Training * Conduct training needs analyses. * Design training courses and training materials. * Facilitate training sessions for groups and individuals. * Validate training programmes against workplace requirements. * Develop user manuals and procedural documentation. User and System Support * Identify and assess potential system solutions for business and technical requirements. * Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements. * Design user requirement documents for vendors and programmers. * Report system issues and coordinate with relevant service providers. * Assist users with system-related problems and troubleshooting. * Design and develop ERP and other system reports. Requirements * Namibian citizenship. * Tertiary qualification in Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. * Strong financial accounting skills. * Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Programming skills will be an added advantage. * Excellent English communication skills. * Valid Code B Driver’s License.
