Sales Staff

We are hiring energetic and motivated Sales Staff to join our retail team at Eloff Home in Windhoek, Namibia. We are looking for customer-focused individuals with retail sales experience who can build strong customer relationships, support daily sales activities and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This full-time retail position involves working six days per week and requires enthusiasm, professionalism and a commitment to achieving sales objectives. Responsibilities • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide professional retail service. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. • Promote products and actively contribute to retail sales. • Support daily sales activities and help drive business performance. • Maintain a positive, energetic and customer-focused approach throughout the working day. • Contribute to a welcoming and professional retail environment. Requirements • Grade 12 qualification. • Previous retail sales experience. • Ability to maintain strong customer relationships. • Energetic and positive attitude. • Willingness to work six days per week on a full-time basis. • Motivation to drive sales and contribute to the retail team's performance.
