Metro is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Assistant CCTV Control Room Manager to join its Head Office team in Windhoek. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security professional who can support CCTV operations, lead teams, and strengthen internal control systems. The successful candidate will help improve operations through daily CCTV footage reviews, identifying control weaknesses, conducting audits, investigating incidents, and reporting anomalies. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing daily CCTV control room operations • Review CCTV footage and identify suspicious activity • Conduct soft audits and internal investigations • Monitor CCTV central server, updates, and network systems • Supervise staff and maintain professional standards • Produce written incident reports when required • Respond to emergency situations professionally • Liaise with store management and service providers • Support continuous improvement of security systems Qualifications: • Grade 12 with proficiency in English • Certificate or similar qualification in CCTV Surveillance • Certificate in Risk Management, Loss Control, or Investigation is an advantage • 3–5 years’ experience in CCTV maintenance and operations • 2–3 years’ management experience • CCTV networking experience (Hikvision) is an advantage • Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel) • No criminal or ITC record Personal Attributes: • Integrity and strong ethics • Self-driven and enthusiastic • Detail-oriented and organized • Motivated and proactive • Flexible and able to multitask
