Job Description: Windhoek High School is seeking a qualified and passionate Oshikwanyama & English Second Language Teacher for a temporary teaching position. The successful candidate will teach high school learners, prepare lessons aligned with curriculum standards, conduct assessments, and contribute to the academic and cultural life of the school. The role requires strong teaching skills, familiarity with the Namibian curriculum, and the ability to maintain accurate academic records and reports. Type of Appointment: Temporary Commencement Date: 1 July 2026 Closing Date: 5 June 2026 Minimum Requirements: • Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent) • Specialisation in Oshikwanyama and English Second Language • High school teaching experience preferred • Familiarity with the Namibian curriculum (NSSCO/NSSCAS) Key Responsibilities: • Teach Oshikwanyama and English Second Language to high school learners • Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standards • Conduct assessments, mark assignments, and provide learner feedback • Maintain accurate academic records and reports • Contribute to the academic and cultural activities of the school
