Water Engineer

We are recruiting an experienced Water Engineer to join our consulting engineering team in Windhoek, Namibia. This position supports the planning, design and construction supervision of water supply and sanitation infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and design water supply and sanitation infrastructure systems. • Support engineering assessments, technical studies and infrastructure development projects. • Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, technical documentation and project reports. • Supervise construction activities involving water supply and sanitation infrastructure. • Monitor construction quality, project progress and compliance with engineering standards. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and project stakeholders. • Provide technical guidance and assist in resolving engineering challenges during project implementation. • Support the successful delivery of water infrastructure projects across Namibia. Minimum Requirements: • BTech, BEng or BSc degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. • Registration with the Engineering Council of Namibia (ECN). • Eight to twelve years of relevant postgraduate experience in planning, design and construction supervision of water supply and sanitation infrastructure. • Valid Namibian driver's licence. • Namibian citizenship or permanent residence. • Strong technical knowledge of water engineering and infrastructure project delivery.
