Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support construction cost planning, project financial control, tendering and contract administration. This role requires strong numerical and analytical ability to prepare accurate project estimates, monitor costs and help ensure construction projects remain commercially and contractually controlled. Responsibilities • Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents. • Manage and monitor project costs throughout construction activities. • Conduct site measurements and valuations. • Prepare progress claims and final accounts. • Support cost control and budget management. • Liaise professionally with clients, consultants and contractors. • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and applicable industry standards. Requirements • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying. • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field. • Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office, CostX, WinQS or similar applications. • Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Valid driver's licence is an advantage.
