Risk System Co-ordinator

Metro Namibia is recruiting a Risk System Co-ordinator to join its Risk Department at the Metro Head Office in Windhoek. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in CCTV systems, risk monitoring, technical support, and security operations who are passionate about improving operational efficiency and protecting company assets. The successful candidate will coordinate communication between the Risk Department, Metro stores, Head Office, and service providers while monitoring risk systems, supporting CCTV operations, maintaining records, resolving system issues, and assisting with investigations. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate communication between the Risk Department, Metro stores, and service providers. * Monitor CCTV, alarm, biometric and risk management systems. * Maintain records of discrepancies and outstanding issues. * Support CCTV investigations and technical operations. * Assist with Arch POS and risk monitoring processes. * Liaise with external service providers. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. * Prepare reports and maintain documentation. * Support daily risk management activities. * Perform additional duties assigned by management. Minimum Requirements * Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel). * Knowledge of Arch systems and HikCentral/CCTV software is an advantage. * Technical knowledge of computer networks. * Strong analytical and investigative skills. * Good communication and report-writing skills. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and work independently.
