Business Developer – Personal Lines

King Price Insurance is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Developer – Personal Lines to join their growing insurance team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will help develop new business opportunities, build strong broker relationships, provide technical support, and represent the company at events across Namibia. This permanent role is ideal for someone with strong marketing, communication, and problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced insurance environment. Responsibilities: • Develop new business and increase market share • Provide brokers with technical and business support • Build, maintain, and manage broker relationships • Represent the company at events across Namibia Requirements: • Excellent marketing skills • Technical proficiency • Valid driver’s license • Proficiency in MS Office • Ability to analyse and assess risks • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail • Product knowledge and understanding of industry wording • Underwriting experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant market experience Preferred Qualities: • Self-driven • Disciplined • Presentable • Positive attitude • Optimistic mindset Type: Permanent
