Intellectus Campus is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wholesale & Retail Vocational Trainer to help train and develop the next generation of wholesale and retail professionals. The successful candidate will facilitate practical workplace learning and support students in developing industry-relevant skills across retail, logistics, warehousing, and distribution environments. Training Areas * Retail Operations * Distribution * Merchandising * Stock Control * Frontline Supervision * Warehouse Operations * Retail Buying Key Responsibilities * Deliver vocational training in wholesale and retail disciplines. * Facilitate practical workplace skills development. * Mentor and support learners throughout their training journey. * Prepare and conduct training sessions and assessments. * Assist learners in understanding industry best practices. * Promote professional growth and workplace readiness. Requirements * NQF Level 6 qualification or higher in: * Wholesale & Retail * Retail Management * Logistics * Supply Chain Management * Business Management * Or a related field * Practical experience in: * Retail * Wholesale * Distribution * Logistics * Warehousing * Merchandising * Stock Control * Passion for training and developing young people. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Advantages * Supervisory or management experience. * Distribution or retail buying experience. * Assessor or Moderator certification. * Training, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching experience.
