Floor Assistant

Waltons is looking for a customer-focused Floor Assistant to join its Windhoek retail team. The successful candidate will assist customers, ensure shelves are fully stocked and neatly presented, support sales activities, handle warranty claims, and help maintain excellent customer service standards. This position is suitable for candidates interested in retail, customer service, sales support, and shop floor operations. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers with product enquiries. * Maintain shelves and displays. * Ensure product pricing is accurate. * Assist with warranty claims. * Support sales activities. * Participate in stock takes. * Keep the sales floor organised. Requirements * Grade 11/12 certificate with at least 20 points. * Computer literacy (MS Office). * Knowledge of stationery, hardware or computer products is an advantage. * Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans. * Willing to work Saturdays. * Reliable and organised.
