Foreman

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction site activities in Windhoek. The role is responsible for supporting efficient site operations, coordinating workers and ensuring construction work is completed according to plans, specifications, quality expectations and safety requirements. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities. • Ensure work is completed according to approved plans and specifications. • Maintain required quality standards and safety compliance on site. • Manage labour and coordinate workers effectively. • Monitor site activities and report progress to management. Requirements • Valid driver's licence. • Strong knowledge of building construction. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Welding skills. • Experience in brickwork. • Good leadership and communication skills. • Ability to manage site operations and workers effectively.
