Catalogue Controller

Location: Twin Hills Gold Mine Site, Namibia Job Description: Osino Resources and SD-Gold Shanjin International are seeking a Catalogue Controller to manage and maintain inventory catalogue systems at the Twin Hills Gold Mine Site. The successful candidate will ensure that inventory catalogues comply with company specifications, material standards, and operational requirements relating to stock items, suppliers, and end users. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, standardizing stock descriptions and classifications, monitoring material coding systems, and supporting warehouse operations through effective material control processes. The Catalogue Controller will work closely with warehouse staff, technical departments, suppliers, and procurement teams to ensure efficient inventory management and compliance with company procedures. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational abilities, inventory management experience, and sound knowledge of material classification and stock control processes within industrial or mining environments. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and control inventory catalogue systems * Standardize stock descriptions and material classifications * Review stock reports and identify inventory deviations * Support warehouse staff with material specifications and technical information * Assist with inspection and verification of incoming goods and materials * Conduct physical checks and monitor material binning accuracy * Review new stock applications and inventory amendments * Ensure accurate and timely capturing of stock information * Liaise with technical personnel, suppliers, and warehouse teams * Support compliance with procurement and inventory management standards Requirements: * Grade 12 certificate with good computer literacy * Valid driver’s license * Diploma in Supply Chain or Materials Management * 3–5 years experience in inventory or material control * Knowledge of material classification and coding systems * Strong organizational and communication skills * Artisan or engineering trade qualification will be an advantage
