Organisational Development Officer

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Organisational Development Officer to join the Wecke & Voigts Group at Maerua Lifestyle Centre in Windhoek. This C4-grade position supports our organisational development function and contributes to the implementation of our people and culture strategy. Responsibilities include coordinating organisational development projects, administering training and development programmes, supporting e-learning activities, managing VET levy claims, coordinating employee wellness initiatives and assisting with organisational culture and employee engagement programmes. The role also supports performance management, HR policy reviews, compliance, job analysis, job evaluation and organisational design activities. Applicants must have Grade 12 and an Honours degree in Organisational or Industrial Psychology, or alternatively an Honours degree in Human Resource Management. A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience is required. Strong Microsoft Office skills, numerical literacy, excellent administrative abilities, confidentiality, professionalism and a valid driver's licence are essential.
