Key Responsibilities * Prepare surfaces by sandblasting before painting and coating. * Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment. * Inspect completed blasting work. * Follow company safety procedures. * Ensure high-quality workmanship. * Maintain equipment in good working condition. * Wear and maintain required PPE. * Keep work areas clean and organized. * Report equipment faults. * Support construction and maintenance projects. Minimum Requirements * Previous experience as a Sandblaster. * Knowledge of sandblasting equipment and materials. * Ability to read and interpret safety procedures. * Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions. * Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality. * Own reliable transport is an advantage.
