Risk System Co-Ordinator

Metro is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Risk System Co-Ordinator to join its Head Office team in Windhoek. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can support security systems, coordinate service providers, and strengthen operational risk controls across stores. The successful candidate will monitor, report, and maintain communication records between the Risk Department, Metro stores, Head Office, and service providers while ensuring systems function efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor risk department devices across the Metro network • Coordinate communication between stores, Head Office, and service providers • Track and resolve outstanding system issues and discrepancies • Support CCTV, alarm systems, biometric devices, note counters, and auto drop safes • Maintain discrepancy registers and service logs • Liaise with alarm security companies and loss prevention partners • Recommend improvements for risk systems and device management • Assist with integrations between CCTV systems, POS, and note counters • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management Qualifications: • Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Experience with HikCentral / CCTV software is an advantage • Strong integrity and communication skills • Detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive attitude • Good analytical skills • Networking skills • Technical skills • Administrative skills • Multitasking and time management skills • Valid driver’s license
