About the Role Lead and support franchise operations while ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence, and business growth across multiple restaurant brands. Key Responsibilities * Act as the custodian of company brands and ensure brand integrity. * Implement and monitor Standards of Operations programmes. * Support the development and implementation of franchise-specific business plans. * Assist with operational planning and budget execution. * Work closely with franchise partners to improve business performance. * Maintain high operational and service standards across all franchises. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in franchising or a similar management role. * Good knowledge of the food service or restaurant industry. * Financial and computer literacy. * Valid driver’s licence. * Namibian citizen.
