Sales Lady – Clothing & Coffee Shop Department

Outdoor Centre Windhoek is looking for an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales Lady to join its Clothing and Coffee Shop Department. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, support daily coffee shop operations, maintain store presentation standards, and contribute to sales growth. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers and provide excellent customer service. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. * Maintain the clothing section and coffee shop in a clean and organized condition. * Support daily coffee shop operations. * Take customer orders and process sales transactions. * Handle cash and maintain accurate records. * Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively. * Assist with stock management and general store duties. * Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements * Sales-driven personality. * Strong customer engagement and communication skills. * Friendly and professional attitude. * Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. * Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes. * Some experience or knowledge of Pastel Evolution. * High School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent. * Experience in retail, customer service, clothing sales, or hospitality will be an advantage.
