BSC & RNC Engineer (Operator)

The BSC & RNC Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining wireless network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of communication systems. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: * Debug, deploy, and maintain BSC and RNC systems * Perform inspections and ensure system reliability * Handle commissioning and maintenance of wireless stations * Troubleshoot faults and ensure network stability * Work with ZTE wireless systems and technologies ⸻ Requirements: * Experience with BSC and RNC telecom systems * Knowledge of ZTE wireless products * Ability to perform maintenance and fault resolution independently * Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
